Should You Ask Your Toxic Boss for a Payday Loan?

A toxic boss is someone who is always bursting at the seams -ready to rant and rave and drive employees crazy with endless criticisms. This boss won't think twice about stabbing anyone behind his back. Could you dare ask for a payday loan from this mean freak with an evil streak? You wouldn't dare. The moment you ask for a loan there'll be hell to pay and you'll hear a litany of complaints and censure about your work.

Face it; your boss has no heart. What do you do? Get a payday loan from a reputable lender who can advance the money you need for an emergency. You don't have to explain in detail why you need the money, or why you've run out of cash for an emergency. With a lender, you only have to show your latest pay slip and you don't have to worry if you have a poor credit score. The lender only wants proof of employment of at least three months.

Not even your toxic boss can stop the lender from lending you the money. The lender makes the decision to approve your payday loan after a confirmation from your office that indeed you have been with the company for three months or more and you are receiving this much per payday. The moment the lender is satisfied with the results, your loan is approved.

How to Deal With a Deadly Boss?

What makes a dreadful boss and one who won't give you a payday loan? The following are the traits of the big bad bozo:

* Takes credit for all successful projects
* Readily blames others for failures
* Refuses sick leaves
* Frequently looks over your shoulders to see what you are doing
* Forces overtime
* Blabbers about your weakness in public
* Seeks satisfaction from degrading others
* Yells and screams when work is not perfect by their standards
* Never says thank you
* Insensitive to the workers' needs

So how do you deal with this ogre? Should you yell back when she yells? Glower at her when she acts up? Instead of reacting, remain cool. These tips may or may tame the boss 100% but these can help you stay sane:

* Don't yell back at her but ask her calmly to repeat what she has said. That will stop her dead on her tracks.

* Report her to HR if the abuses are becoming a habit and personal

* Don't behave like her and never talk ill about her to others, you'll only make matters worse.

If you and your teammates have to endure a lot of verbal abuses or tantrums work out a system show the boss you are all doing a good job. Of course, she'll find something else to yell about. If you work with a team, discuss the problem and agree on how you are going to handle the situation in the best way possible. One thing for sure, don't ask her to approve an in-house payday loan!
