There is one anti aging skin care diet that is gaining increasing notice for the many fantastic claims it makes concerning benefits. The assertion is that by combing fruits and vegetables with proteins and omega-3 fatty acids you can benefit your body in many more ways than you might ever realize.

If you follow the specifics of the Perricone prescription plan for younger looking skin some of the benefits you'll experience may include the following: weight loss, improved skin elasticity, reduction of wrinkles, more collagen production, better moisturized skin, less inflammation, even blood sugar, and a greater number of antioxidants. The sum of all these great benefits is that the diet results in a nearly perfect tool for fighting the signs of aging within and without. The results of this diet have been so dramatic that some have referred to it as a "nutritional face lift."

You're probably wondering what the meals will be like on this particular wrinkle cure diet. Will they be tasteless and bland? Better yet, will they be so insubstantial that you feel hungry the entire time you are following this plan? So, what are the meals like?

Breakfast may find you enjoying the following:

3 egg whites plus one entire egg and 4 to 6 ounces of broiled salmon with ¼ cup of fresh berries and 4 ounces of cantaloupe. It is important to always eat the protein first on this diet. You should also drink 8 to 12 ounces of spring water before eating your breakfast and along with your breakfast.

You will also have several snack options available to you that are quite filling as well. You should have a couple of snacks during the day.

Dinner might include the following:

4 to 6 ounces of grilled salmon, 1 cup of steamed vegetables (such as broccoli, spinach, or asparagus), 2 cups of romaine lettuce with 1 T. of olive oil and lemon juice (freshly squeezed) to taste. You should also enjoy another 4 ounces of cantaloupe with your dinner as well as ¼ cup of berries and your 8 to 12 ounce glass of water.

One thing is certain, there are plenty of fruits and vegetables to enjoy on this diet but many who follow it grow weary of the near continuous reliance on fish for protein and omega-3 fats. These ingredients however are essential to the success of the diet and should be included if at all possible.

If you are not sure you can handle the full 28 days wrinkle treatment diet that are recommended you can always try the 3 day version to get things jump started. Either way, this is a great non surgical face lift treatment to reduce wrinkles and look better than you have in years. And as mentioned, if you use an antiaging skin cream in addition to proper foods that reduce wrinkles, you will see even better results.
