If you’d rather float in your floaters than don a tuxedo, and if you wish to break away from the conventional cruise, an Ocean Village cruise would serve you just right. You could delve into the Orient; face the chilly Alaskan winds, then head further north; dance to the beat of the bongos in Africa; snorkel in the Australian continent; take a safari through South American forests; soak in the Caribbean sun; spend some time in Mozambique, where the sky is aqua blue; and the list does go on. With Ocean Village, the world truly is your playground (on water).

Onboard, you’d find yourself at a new place almost everyday. With the new Ocean Village ship having more than 75,300 square feet of deck area, space is definitely not a constraint. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. While onboard, you could indulge yourself at the spa and rejuvenate all your senses. A swim in the pool could serve you good, so could a facial at the Beauty and Hair salon. You do not have to miss out on your exercise regimen, simply head to the gym.

In the evenings, you could dance to your heart’s content at the nightclub, lean back at the cinema, or try your luck at the casino. You could spend time socializing at any one of the many bars or head towards the deck for some peace and quiet.

With a kid’s center that runs until midnight, children of all ages have a good time too. If you choose not to disembark at any port there is so much more you could do onboard, you would be spoilt for choice.

The rooms are large, and best in their respective classes. Standard appointments in all rooms include a refrigerator, television, facilities to make tea/coffee, a safe, any many other things. If you do not intend to spend too much time in your cabin, you could opt for an inside one. Alternatively, you could take one with a balcony, and choose to look out into the wide expanse of space as and when you wish to.

Eating onboard a cruise has never been so good. You can eat when you want to and what you want to, without having to worry about a dress code. The variety on the menu is as varied as the guest list. There are European guests enjoying Oriental fare, Japanese guests tucking in some Italian pasta, American guests eating French cheese. A wide range of poultry and seafood can be found on the buffet tables, as can an extensive vegetarian spread. With the option of different restaurants, you are sure to find one that suits your palate.

Ocean Village offers great deals on packages, like admitting children for free and transfers to get to the ship and back. Discounts of up-to 45% have been offered on particular cruises. Taking into account all the things that an Ocean Village cruise offers, value for money such as this is hard to find. With the plethora on options available to guest, it is hard to pick any other cruise.
