Moving

When you finally move your belongings into storage, try to plan ahead as to where the bulky items go, the heavy ones, the fragile ones and so on. Again, give yourself plenty of time and, if you are moving your things to storage by yourself, allow your back and muscles to adjust to the extra strain of lifting and toting.
