If you’re like the millions of employed individuals out there in the workplace, there are those times when you’re just sick of your job. Maybe your boss has taken away some of your responsibilities that you worked long and hard to earn, and then they turn around and hand some of them over to this new employee that seems to have fallen into the boss’ favor. You’re hurt, you’re angry, and then the stress of why he or she did that to you takes over. Within a few days, you’re a bucket of nerves because you think that your job may be on the line. So what do you do?

Well, even though it may be perceived as sour grapes find a way to get out of there and de-stress a couple of days. If there are certain responsibilities that only you can perform your absence will no doubt be felt and your boss may have to cover for you. Sounds a bit caddy doesn’t it? It happens all the time, but for reasons other than revenge. It’s because you have gotten genuinely upset over something you can see no justification in. Why not take some sick time off? However, here’s the downside. You have no time off accrued and you desperately felt the need to be away from that miserable drudgery for a day or two --- maybe three or four.

Fortunately, there is a way you can get some time off from the job, but it does involve a little subterfuge on your behalf namely Go online and find one of those websites where you can download medical excuses, find the right form, and take it into your job. Sounds crazy, huh? Well it’s not as crazy as it sounds. Wow, you notice now that you have one heck of a tooth ache don’t you? No problem, just fill out a fake dentist note and give it to your boss. Looks like a two-dayer, don’t you think?

There actually are sites that sell products to help people out in situations just like this and they have more than the dentist note we were just talking about. Additionally, there are doctor’s notes, jury duty excusals, even gynecologist notes at some of these sites. The fake dentist note will always get you some sympathy, too. Anyone who has had a severe (legitimate) dental problem knows how you can suffer with something like this. But what the heck. The boss earned it. They took something away from you and played favorites with the rookie in the office.

Let’s cut to the chase. There is no doubt that a situation like this has happened to a lot of people, but what about having to deal with a problem fellow employee that just grates on your nerves, or being penned into that cubicle they call office space. These are seriously stressful situations and they warrant you getting out of there for a day or two at least for the sake of preserving your sanity, hence the idea of the fake dentist note.
