I'm Going to Win Back My Ex – Here’s How ! By Mark L. Robertson At Isnare.com Ezine Articles

I am getting over the trauma of the break up by now. I am well into the cool off period so I am getting really excited about what happens next ! But first I am going to take a little care in looking after number ONE , that is ME !

I do not drink much – usually with friends but recently, I have been really tempted to drink too much . Drink to forget! It is so easy to do and yet I know that deep down, that is really going to play havoc – and how ! There is no way I can make rational judgements when I am like that or when I am trying to get over a hangover. Oscar Wilde said that ‘I can resist everything except temptation’! I also know that alcohol is a depressant so I want to avoid that. Also I want to be in really good shape when I get my ex back and I want to keep myself free from toxins – there are enough of them in the air !

I know that if I take a few drugs this is going to impair my judgement and I know that could mean me making a stupid call to my ex and telling my ex what I really think and …. making a fool of myself generally. In the short term I could go overboard and drown my sorrows but in the long term I could really put everything at risk. Alcoholics and drug addicts are not really that attractive.

I am going to have a makeover ! This is the time to do it - most people I know going through a break up do just the opposite – they let themselves go and they become rather shabby and sad !
Not me ! I need everything to build up my self esteem and confidence and even if I fail, well , I am going to be a very marketable commodity .

I am going to keep up to date with what is stylish, trendy and in right now. So that means keeping with fashion and dressing accordingly. I want to look good and feel good. I am going to look at my hairstyle – time for a change. Time for teeth whitening – this is really easy and quick and not at all expensive. Amazing what a difference a bright smile with nice white teeth can do for my morale.

Now it is time to get any dental work done especially if it is going to give me a killer smile.

Time to look at my skin and maybe I need to get something done here. I can see a dermatologist – maybe just one visit will do the trick and will boost my self confidence no end.

I am not going to skimp on any of these but I am going to start with teeth whitening and then do the others little by little. I am not going for plastic surgery though because I know that I cannot afford it and there is plenty I can do without all that pain and suffering.
