This article is about water hybrid cars and alternative fuel resources. First, I discuss renewable resources. Second, I explain Hybrid Hydrogen Oxygen (HHO) systems. Third, I talk about heat issues. And lastly, I discuss converting a traditional vehicle to a water hybrid car.

Introduction

Having a car that ran using water used to be an imaginative idea, which wasn't real enough for many. However nowadays, with the innovative technology really happening in real life, a water hybrid car is actually a clear-cut reality.

Making The Best Out Of Renewable Resources

This kind of vehicle would only call for a means to hold and break water to hydrogen and oxygen. In consequence, it would inject such gases to your car’s regular engine. Thus, your vehicle would literally run on water.

The good thing is, at present, this is pretty much possible. All you’ll need would be some technical effort and anyone could convert their normal car into a water powered vehicle. In effect, this would definitely bring some ease from the horrifying gas prices that keep on rising each week as you could see them on the news.

The System

Hybrid Hydrogen Oxygen (HHO) fuel cells supply hydroxy gas that is produced from water, to help in your car’s combustion. This utilizes HHO to lend a hand with the burning of gasoline through a full combustion cycle that has the capability to reduce gas emissions. Additionally, this process wouldn’t be that hard for your engine as it won’t eat up a big amount of your gas. In the end, you get more miles for travelling.

How Does It Work?

So, how exactly does the HHO reduce your car’s gas emissions and help save up with your gasoline expenses? The main reason is actually via a system which breaks down carbon, and removes its deposits from the engine of your car. This is a very efficient method that greatly increases your car’s fuel efficiency. It also heightens the longevity of your car’s engine.

Your alternator could generate just enough HHO using 12v at 1 amp to make use of a finely built HHO cell. As you can see, all these rewards make purchasing this kind of system and running it on your car makes everything worth it. In fact, some experts even say that these cells actually need less power supply compared to car wipers.

Issues On Heat

Some say that these kind of cells could get pretty hot in the combustion process. Nevertheless, there are still ways to take control of the heat; for instance, using sufficient amount of catalyst, such as baking soda; and/or a Pulse Width Modulator (PWM). Given that you’re using a water system in replacement for fuel, freezing weather might present some problems also while utilizing your catalyst. Nevertheless, you shouldn’t worry, since you could also control freezing by simply mixing 20% denatured alcohol with your fuel cell. Doing so would avoid freezing problems. Additionally, either of the said catalysts could help with the creation of HHO.

Thoughts On Conversion

Having your car converted to a water burning hybrid, is not really that hard to do. In fact, it doesn't even entail too much proficiency on engines or a degree in mechanical engineering. The best thing here is that you get access to the benefits of not needing the use of gasoline as fuel.

Benefits Of It All

By the use of water for fuel, you could now say goodbye to the incessantly rising gas costs. You also increase your vehicle’s mileage dramatically. However, the second benefit would still depend on the type of car you’re driving. Additionally, you also get to reduce poisonous emissions from your car and help prevent global warming. Last but not the least, you would be definitely happy if your car qualifies for hybrid tax credit from the IRS.

Reminders

If ever you have a water powered car, there are still things that you should keep in mind. For instance, just remember to look at your water level in every 2-3 hours. This is due to the reason that you have a big risk of depleting your water fuel, since combustion eats up your water supply. What happens is something like when water evaporates if you burn it. As soon as water transforms to HHO, it’s burned by your vehicle. Hence, the car’s water level would go down. If that happens, your water hybrid car may experience problems and could even implode in the end.
