First if you can't afford an autoresponder like AWeber then you can direct your visitors to your company's signup page where they can enroll. Your company will record their name and contact info. and send you an email when they enroll.

You can download that list of names into an Excel spread sheet and use a free emailing program that let's your personalize your emails in the salutation such as Hi Mary etc. You create and send a series of emails showing them the value of your opportunity and how to be successful.
