Are You Ready to Take Action?

The world today is changing very rapidly. Economies are collapsing around the world, except for the Internet. Most of us are like sheep being feed to the wolves, and believing something good is going to happen to us. Instead, we need to start doing for ourselves by taking action when opportunity stars us in the face. W. Clement Stone said, " I think there is something more important then believing: Action! The world is full of dreamers,there aren't enough who will move ahead and begin to take concrete steps to actualize their vision." So I ask, how do you take Action? The first step is letting go of your fears. That for most is easier said then done. I agree with that. It took twenty years for me to let go of my fears. The questions of how am I going to pay bills was the biggest issue. I knew that as long as I had my job I had money coming in, but everyday that went by I said, " Tony you need to work for yourself." I guess we all say that at times, but most of us refuse to take action to create an income that isn't slaving for someone else. Yes I said Slaving. Think about it, we all get up, get dressed and go to a job. Most of us work for someone else.Our lives are spent doing tasks for someone else for which we get paid. OK that doesn't sound to bad until you realize all the money you earn goes back in the pockets of those that we work for. It doesn't matter if you work for an automobile company, farm, franchise store, a steal factory, or any other industry in this world.If you are working for someone else all you are doing is giving the money you earned back. I know that may sound a little off the wall, but it is the truth.That is why I took Action. I have spent most of my working years slaving for someone else. Everyday the fear of losing my job pushed me to be the best at what ever I was doing. In that time frame I didn't realize that I was sacrificing God, my Family and my Life. It is said," Money is the root of all evil" but I feel that fear is the root of all evil. Fear is a mental attitude that we begin to acquire at a very early age. It is probably the most negative attitude that a human being can have. Fear has never caused someone to be great. Fear is he driving force to all that is evil. Enough said on that subject. What does all that mean ? Well for me I had to change my attitude. Thomas Jefferson said" Nothing can stop a man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goals; nothing on earth can help a man with the wrong mental attitude". So my wife and I have changed our attitude from fear to belief. Just by believing in yourself can change your life and those around you. Realizing that you won't fail can make you a success. It all comes down to having a positive attitude and letting the negative fade away.Courage is the opposite of fear. Courage is a positive attitude that leads to optimism. Optimism is contagious. If you believe in yourself others will believe in you. It's all about attitude.
