When you’re looking for a different theme for your bathroom you may also be considering the purchase of a brand new bathroom vanity. You will find quite a few older homes that simply have a piece of glass on the wall serving as a mirror. Now you will find most new homes have some type of framed vanity mirror. The vanity mirror situated above the sink has become an extremely crucial component of your bathroom. The reason for this is because it can be changed out regularly while the other bathroom fixtures (toilet, bathtub, sink) are permanent because of piping layout.

If you set out to do a total renovation of the bathroom you will be able to change out your toilet, shower or sink. But if it’s just a new design your focusing on there isn’t much you can change with them. They are still used in the same fashion. The theme of the shower curtain can be changed as well as the seat on the toilet. You may want to go with a wood, plastic or cushioned style. These are just two of the cosmetic changes that can be made to the permanent fixtures periodically. The only item that you have total control over is your bathroom vanity and mirror.

The bathroom vanity will speak miles on the type of style you are trying to present. It will tell the guests who you are and what your focus in life is. A toilet for the most part is just a toilet so it sure isn’t any special item in the bathroom. With the wide range of vanities available on the market, it won’t be easy to make your bathroom widely known.

Your general public bathroom has a piece of mirror with some brackets that attach it to a wall over the bathroom vanity. It’s obvious that the mirror gets the job done and at a very reasonable price. Comfort is what you’re searching for in your bathroom at home not the uncomfortable cold feeling you get in a public restroom. In order to make it more inviting you need to be sure that everyone’s needs are met. Installing a bathroom mirror will help give that warm and comfortable feeling to your guests.

In choosing the right bathroom vanity, you will want to find the appropriate size of sink and one that coordinates well with your overall theme. Understanding that your sink and mirror should be proportionate to each other can help you when you’re searching for a new one.

It is a great advantage that the bathroom vanity can be altered because your personality can be put into it. You need to choose the right size for your bathroom. To balance the mirror out above a large sink, you could add a towel rack. You can also match all the accessories to the trim the vanity mirror.

Before you buy a bathroom vanity be sure that it goes with the theme that is in your bathroom. If you are searching for that warm, comfortable feel you can add a wood framed mirror. Or if you are looking for a smoother theme add a gold or silver framed vanity mirror.
