It is possible, even likely, that you can win your woman back following a break-up, but to ensure success there are number do’s and don’ts to consider.

Mutual regard

Having a good relationship with your woman is all about how you treat her. Women need to be loved and appreciated. She needs constant care and attention if want to keep you her happy and bring out the best in her.

Don’t worry, it’s a two way street. Whilst you’re demonstrating how much you care for her, she should be doing the same for you.

The negatives

Let’s deal with the negatives first. These are the things that you shouldn’t do together with the reasons why you shouldn’t do them

Don’t be miserable and moody. It will make her feel guilty and it will keep her away from you.

Don’t let your appearance go. She will not be attracted to you if you look and dress like a tramp.

Don’t pressurize her. She will feel you are hounding her. Sometimes she may need a little time alone to think things through, and any pressure prevents that happening and, she will be resentful.

Don’t beg her to take you back. She will lose any remaining respect that she may have for you.

Don’t try making her jealous. If she has any doubts that you are the right man for her, this will only show her she is correct and that you are not to be trusted.

Don’t criticize her to friends or family. This will get back to her. It will infuriate her and maybe start a contest of who did what to whom.

The positives

Okay, that’s got the negatives, (the don’ts) out of the way; now let’s have a look at the positives, the do’s.

Do allow her time apart for freedom to think. This will allow her to clear her mind and perhaps to realize that she misses you.

Do keep the lines of communication open. You cannot win her back unless you’re talking to her. Just beware, don’t overdo it.

Do analyze yourself. There must be something you’ve done wrong or something she didn’t like about you. Understand what it was so you can (a) not let it happen again, you yourself, and (b) let her know that you know, and that it won’t reoccur.

Do treat her with respect. Women are proud creatures and treating them with respect reinforces their feeling of self-appreciation.

Do respect her fears, and her needs and wants. Knowing this, she understands that you care.

Do keep up your appearance. Making your self attractive to her is a must.

Do be faithful. Women do not tolerate having to share your affection. She must be your “only one”.

Do praise her. Women adore adoration. They like to know that you notice: the new hair style; or the new dress. It adds to their self esteem and shows you are still interested.

Do be happy. This helps to remind her of the man she first fell in love with, the man she had fun with.

The Do’s have it

The do’s outweigh the don’ts, but the don’ts must be known about to be avoided. Getting your woman back is all about rekindling the flame of love and giving her back her confidence in you. All the “do’s” are aimed toward making her feel good and reminding her of the positives, the good times. Use them well.
