Do you want to know a simple little trick you can use to start writing effective emails even if you just plain suck at writing anything? This is a tactic that anyone can use to become a professional email writer overnight! The process is really easy and it doesn't take a lot to do at all. It's a really cool way to put good use to the spam emails that you are receiving by the dozens in your email inbox everyday.

Each day I look over all of the spam emails that I receive and I study the headlines to see which ones are very compelling and I keep the ones that I think are the most attractive. In fact, I have dozens of emails I have saved in a single file and labeled "swipe file."And you should too! Anytime I get an email that compels me to open it I make sure to save the email and do my best to test it in the future when appropriate. Simple right?

Now, the next step is to know which of my own emails perform the best. This part is easy too. I use a hit tracker to track the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns that are running. I also use these same email headlines and maybe some of the body in my ezine solo ads and credit based safelist ads.

I then take my results and make a special note of my top performing emails. These are some simple things you can do to start writing better, more compelling emails and get better conversions when you decide to send them to your list or place them in your ezine ad campaigns.

If you use this technique enough it will also begin to teach you how to write effective email marketing ads without having to use a swipe technique. You will have studied so many of them that you now are beginning to get the drift of what exactly needs to be mixed to create a persuasive email. After you get to this stage in your writing you will start to see the response level to your emails increase which can help to start increasing your internet passive income.

People tend to forget the importance of being able to write an eye catching email in relationship to how it affects the overall performance of your ad. They focus on the company, the product or how much it costs when it could be a matter as small as changing how your email comes across to your audience when you send it out.

I enjoy using the email swipe as a tactic because it takes some of the load off of me when I get to the point where I don't feel like having to come up with new content for an email. I can just go into my file of swiped emails, pick which headline I like the best, keep it the same or choose to adjust it some. Once I'm done with this process then I copy, paste and send my ad and track the results. Everything that I have written here should get you on the right track to writing effective emails!
