Sauna kits can be used to build saunas from small to large scale. It is a set of complete basic components to properly and easily build your sauna.

Saunas have become a fixture in fitness centers, sports clubs, hotels, swimming pools, camping sites and more. The services of one sauna suite may differ from another, but they basically have the same components and accessories used.

All saunas use sauna-fresh aromas. Every customer has his own favorite fragrance. Every bottle normally contains 1.8 ounces of unadulterated essence. Aromas are highly concentrated and you only have to put in two drops into a dipper of water, or five to ten drops into a pail of water.

This scented water is dispensed gradually over the hot sauna stone. It is also great to pour few drops of fragrance in the steam head’s holder and the fragrance is dispersed with the steam.

Dippers and buckets are also necessary. A dipper of water splattered on hot stones produces vapor that stimulates perspiration to wash out the pores. This process also converts hot dry air into a snug, relaxing damp air.

The Royal Swedish Birch Leaf holds pure extracts of birch tree coupled with bracing Scandinavian forest fresh aroma. It has wonderful benefits to the body, used during or after shower.

It is always crucial to determine the exact temperature of the sauna and a thermometer does this job. Normally, a sauna room would have an approximately 180oF temperature after heating it for half an hour. You can place a thermometer above your heater and roughly six inches below the ceiling.

The hygrometer, on the other hand, reveals the humidity of sauna. Sauna humidity typically spans from ten to thirty five percent, based upon the volume of water applied on the stones.

Brushes and brush sets are likewise staples in a sauna. Those with soft and natural bristles are great for an invigorating scrub in the shower or bath after a sauna session.

Of course every sauna has comfort accessories. These include head rest, towels, towel hangers, clothing and mirrors.

Other miscellaneous accessories include stones, stools, wall signage, hardware, logo items, scrub glove, and light.

The importance of flooring cannot be discounted. Customers coming out of the sauna are wet, and the floor must not be slippery. That is why it is also common to see Superdek flooring in sauna centers. It is a safe, non-slip, and comfy half inch thick injection molded plastic, used as a rug on any sauna floor.

Superdek must be occasionally detached and cleaned. It has antimicrobial ingredients to combat bacteria and molds. Eurodek flooring is molded plastic that’s fitting for spas and pools. Similar with Superdek, it can also be detached easily.

Aromatic dispenser is an automatic aroma dropping scheme used for sauna heaters. You just have to pour the water and aroma mix into ceramic bowl. The drip speed is regulated using regulator plug up at the bottom of the bowl.

The sauna humidifier is a stainless steel tube slotted in between heater components. It is filled with water to produce uniform and softer humidity for a span of nearly 25 minutes.
