Cancer is one of the most threatening diseases. One can not identify that when he get trapped in or by the cancer. Cancer could arise because of any of the minor diseases. Similar to the other diseases colon cancer also has some of the warning signs and those signs must not be ignored because if they are no taken care of in the starting then they can lead to the various life taking diseases. It is always advised that one must not ignore the signs of sickness especially the old age people. It has been seen that the older people who use to jog regularly get exhausted after a little bit of workout and they take it as the old age symptoms but sometimes it can lead to the various breath taking diseases.

This type of diseases seems to be so normal but they are not actually. Exhausting rapidly is also a colon cancer threat. There were cases in which the patient use to jog for around 10 miles but after a break which his because of the change in the season, he came back to his schedule and find that now he was not able to complete 3 miles even. After few months it was found that the person is a patient of the stage 2 colon cancer.

The main and the primary thing to notice in this example is that he wouldn’t have ignored that he get exhausted rapidly and he is continuously loosing his stamina. Usually people feel that this is nothing but the growing age symptoms.

The purpose behind exercising is not to be a super model or a superstar bit to remain fit forever. But usually people ignore their unbalancing health which makes them unable to resist.

Feeling exhausted very early was the one symptom of colon cancer and here are many more out of which the most common is when a person feels to go to the toilet again and again. Going toilet with rapidly also is the symptom of the colon cancer. Not only increase but also the decrease in the numbers, in which a person usually goes to toilet, could be the symptom of colon cancer. This issue could be a blockage in the colon in the waist area, person suffering or facing this issue must consult with a physician regarding the issue as this could be the symptom of a rising colon cancer.

If it is not the toilet then it could be a rapid change seen in the shape and/or color of the stool. This is the other similar symptom for the colon cancer. These symptoms state that the person has a blockage under his fecal matter because of the turner which is in the colon. This is the other sign of rising cancer.

All of these symptoms state the threat of the upcoming uncertainty and the rising disease which could be the colon or rectal cancer. If one takes it seriously and take all the necessary precautions then the colon cancer could be defeated before it arises up to an irresistible stage.
