The first type of training tools involve purchasing and reading valuable ebooks, watching videos and purchasing time saving software. This will help you learn at your own pace and purchase tools that can focus in on specific areas you want to learn. Example: Creating blogs, using youtube, etc...

The second type of training tools that you need to look for are systems that you pay a monthly subscription fee and they not only train you but offer easy to create capture pages, lead tracking, and follow up systems. You should also look for a back end affiliate program that allows you to market their system to others and create additional revenue to you.

What to watch out for.

There are literally thousands of systems and training tools out there so be careful. If someone is claiming that you will have instant riches with no work it is probably a pipe dream. Spend your money wisely and understand that it is not as simple as some people will lead you to believe.
