People often under estimate the powers of rest. In today's world we are use to a heck tuck low rest day. We often work 10-12 hours a day plus, we spend an additional hour or two traveling to work. Basically, after we complete all of our days obligations, there is little time left just to sit back and reflect on the days events. It is very important for our bodies to get adequate rest to stay healthy and to heal. One of our first steps to continuous health is to be cognizant of the things we say. Because the words we say will becomes our habits and our habits set our future. Therefore, only use inspiring uplifting thoughts and comments to yourself and others. Do not call yourself a loser, or say I'll never get things right , or that I can't save any money. Instead, say I am a winner, or I will figure this out, and I save at least ten percent of every dollar I earn. Furthermore, if your comments to your family, friends, and associates are not uplifting then do not say them.

By spreading positive power you will be receiving positive energy from the people you give it to. Even the music that we listen to can effect our health. That is why we should listen to uplifting music and not music that degrades, profanes, and humiliates people. When it comes to exercising, lets do things in our everyday lives that we often neglect. For instance, If you only live a few blocks from your job, why do you drive to of many of the body's vital systems. Walking helps our cardiovascular system by strengthening our veins and cleaning out our arteries. It helps the circulatory systems by strengthening the lungs, heart, and pumping oxygen rich blood to your head. Why do people drive to work instead of taking a walk? Too often we ride places when walking could save us money, create energy, and maintain health, with in our lives. Walking is crucial for proper maintenance. Walking helps move our bowels, thus helping with proper elimination. Therefore, next time you are thinking about using transportation to go to somewhere that is less than a mile away, just walk.

Seventy five percent of the world is covered with water. Eighty percent of your body is made of water. It is no wonder that water is so important to your health. Everyone should drink at least 64oz to 96oz of water daily. I don't think that anyone can ever drink to much water. Water is very crucial to elimination. Allot of water has to be replaced when it is evaporated through our skin. Water helps to dissolve many of the toxins in our bodies. Along with drinking water internally, we have to use it externally. By taking warm herbal baths the pores on our skin opens up to release even more toxins. Herbal, candlelight baths can be very soothing and relaxing way to end the day.
