While some families spend their holiday at one location only, some families explore places that are close to one another at a time like Spain, Majorca, and Portugal. It would actually be cost effective if you visit such places in one stride. You can save in expenses like transportation cost though you need more time if you want to get the best out of each country.

Spain alone has a rich culture and has influences from the past rulings. That is why there are great places to explore in Spain. There are beautiful Roman, German, and Catholic churches all over the country. One of the popular locations is the Cathedral of Seville that has a remarkable beauty.

Majorca, the largest of the Balearic Islands located in Spain, is also one of the most popular holiday destinations. Palma is the capital and the largest city in the island while Magaluf is a famous resort. Magaluf has a lively night life with over a hundred bars, clubs and discos. While at daytime, you can enjoy various water sports.

Portugal, on the other hand, is in the southwestern part of Europe and is a tourist spot for UK travelers. Holiday makers usually visit the roman temples, towers, and other beautiful sights that remind the long lost civilizations in the land.

Greece is also one of the most visited place by people from UK especially during May. There are museums dedicated to some of the world's famous artists from Greece and their works. That's why many pilgrims visit these museums as they are really something worth visiting.

Aside from Greece, the Canary Islands is also full of people during the month of May. Its warm weather attracts most people to the islands to enjoy water sports or just lie on its sandy beaches.

With these beautiful places to go during the holiday, one must find it hard to choose which of these one to visit and spend the holidays. No wonder why people visit multiple places in one stride. You will never get tired visiting these places again and again.
