Weight loss can be as simple or as hard as you make it. Actually addressing the issue that is at hand is the first step to creating a positive, healthy, and easy change. For a lot of us out there weight loss has been an issue for the majority of or all of our lives. After addressing the issue take a moment to create a vision of you want for yourself. Write it down, the waist measurement, pants size, pounds, however you want to imagine it . Since you’re already trying to picture how you want to look, take another moment and tune into what your body has to tell you. Thinking about this will help with mentally being aware of what your body wants and needs and how certain food can affect your body.

Now try being aware while are eating and when you are going to eat. For most people they tend to eat while reading a book, watching a movie/TV, driving in the car, sitting at your desk at work, etc. Eating while doing other activities can cause it to become an unconscious act. Being aware and focusing on eating while you are eating will help in noticing things like you’re already full but your still eating. Before eating and during a meal ask yourself, why am I eating? Is it because I’m bored? Is it because I haven’t had a meal in a few hours? Has it become a habit to eat while doing an activity and is it necessary? Is it just because I drove by a Fast Food joint and it sounded good? Ask these questions and then determine if you really do need to eat or not and have the courage to just drive by that fast food place instead of stopping.

Planning what you are going to eat and when will help you change your eating habits too. Plan for a healthy snack in between meals if it’s necessary. Before going to the supermarket plan meals ahead of time so everything you need is on a list and stick to it. Plan your meals at a time when you can sit at the kitchen table and focus on your meal.

Another thing that will assist in weight loss is speeding up your metabolism. Combining changing eating habits with changing your metabolism will result in quick and noticeable results. Eating smaller more frequent meals will help with this and its also one of the more easier things to change in your eating habits. This works by keeping your metabolism working all day and constantly breaking down food. So eating every say 2 to 3 hours a small meal will, with a little time, change the rate of your metabolism.

This should come as no shock to anyone who is trying to lose weight, EXERCISE! More calories than fat get burned by muscles. Its not that you really have to count the calories, it sure helps if you do, but the idea is to workout so you increase the rate of your metabolism. All exercise programs are different for different body types etc. but really finding a 20 to 30 minute workout routine that is high intensity and really gets that heart rate up.

A couple more natural easy ways to get that metabolism up is drink water, the recommended 8-10 glasses of water. Drinking water may also help curb your appetite and stop you from grabbing for that bag of chips, this is because many people confuse being thirsty for being hungry. The Bell Ezee Slimming Patch can also an easy natural way to help speed up metabolism. Its all herbal, all natural, and has no side effects! It helps because it uses up stored fat by creating a sensation inside the stomach that its full when you get full so you tend to over eat. The patch will help make a a good eating habit of eating the proper amount of food your body needs without your body going into fat burning mode. Sleep is an additional element that will affect your metabolism. If you don’t get enough sleep, or have irregular sleeping patterns it will throw your body off balance. It wont know when it should be shutting down or storing fat. 7 to 8 hours is the recommended amount of sleep an adult should get.
