By definition "Fear" is an unpleasant emotion, excited by danger,pain etc.,a cause of fear,anxiety,deep reverence,to feel fear,to be afraid of,to be apprehensive,anxious and to be sorry.

If you are reading this then...YOU have a problem and want to rid yourself of it! If you have had the problem for a long time then now you are sensitive to it...you are looking to what you can do to minimise and if possible eliminate the problem. You are curious to know if others have sommething similar, well! I can tell you that you are not alone, by anymeans...thousands of people suffer quietly with their phobia, and do nothing about it due to the fear of creating another problem.

These negative thoughts have to be eliminated and replaced with positive thoughts and so your mind has to be re-programmed psychologically and this can be achieved with training and time

If you are a worrier or you worry, then you become uneasy or an anxious person and to be frustrated, means that you prevent yourself from achieving goals, or gratifying a desire, you get discouraged easily, you become irritated, you tire easily and in many cases you disappoint yourself.

There are quite a few interesting books that have been written on the subject of eliminating fears,worries, that can guide you step by step, one day at a time to a new life's beginning.

In life there are always pitfalls and to smooth out some of these pitfalls somtimes takes a lot of time and effort and even with the best intentions in the world, one or two of our expectations seem never to be fulfilled.

Sometimes adjustments have to be made, whether they be minor, drastic or a complete reversal of our thoughts towards habitual behavour and specific decissions sometimes have to be decided upon, even under ideal conditions. But having put into motion the rights from the wrongs,our feelings or emotions often influence the actions that we make and react greatly towards the final decissions made.

Having a good nights sleep.

You might ask yourself, why can't I sleep? why do I feel so tired? There are many adults in this world who do not sleep well and so therefore do not get the correct amount of sleep. The pace of the worlds's society today, causes a need for sleep but unfortunately this occurs in many people in limited portions, due to the stress inflicted on their minds. The body needs a certain amount of quality sleep to enable the body to re-energise and maintain itself in a healthy state. To deprive the body of sleep upsets the balance of the entire body and mind.

With informative information available on this subject, you will find contentment and peace of mind leading to a healthier state of mind and body.

Having a day with no stress or worries.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) happens when the safety of the mind is threatened and a feeling of helplessness takes over. If PTSD becomes apparant you may have the feeling that you do not know what to do, or you will never get over the problem you have but with the help treatment and support given by your loved ones, you will overcome the problem, reduce the mental strain and move on with your life's desires.

Having friends who will let you join in the circle.

Intimate friends have been shown, by social studies, to be a valuable asset towards emotional health and even friendly associates or aquaintances that can lend a helping hand in support, will be deemed to possibly give you the best of both worlds!

Which friend or friends you feel comfortable with, you will hold onto but it will always be good to have a few different friends that you can call on.

Having the knowledge of knowing the cure to your problem.

Alcoholics Anonymous as we all know, is a fine example. We are all aware that this organisation helps millions every year to overcome their alcholic problems. So if you have a problem then the first step to recovering or solving the problem in your life , is to admit that you have one! Alcoholics going to Alcoholics Anonymous are admitting that they have a problem, so whatever your problem is ...YOU can conquor it!...and be free from it!
