The last Sunday in Lent is the customary day of Mother’s Day, a special holiday each year dedicated to showing thanks to our mothers. Traditionally this would mean going home to spend the day with your parents, especially now that families are spread out and so far apart.

For a truly beautiful display, mix all of these flowers in shades of bright and pale pinks with mixes of white from a handful of freesias.

You can really say a great deal with flowers, especially if you take the time to research the meanings behind them and their colours. By putting in so much consideration you really show your thoughtfulness and just how much your mother means to you.
