You also can read each other better to see signs of trouble on the horizon. You’ve been through highs and lows together, and having emerged from it all unscathed means that you can be a stronger couple than ever. The fact that you’ve weathered a breakup and gotten through it together is a good sign for you.

Now that you’ve gone through the breakup and gotten to after you get back together, the important part is what comes next. Don’t dwell on the past or on hurt feelings that are long gone. Those are not important, and obsessing on them will only hurt your relationship. Remember to have open communication and keep a watchful eye for problems in your relationship and you will be likely to be a successful couple.
