3. Don’t forget to rest.

Rest if very important for people at all stages of life, but is especially essential for people with a more advanced age. Try to prepare yourself a good hearty meal or some tasty snacks while you’re going about your moving business. Or you just set a schedule for yourself – when you’re going to work and when you’re going to rest. Moving is an especially stressful time so it pays to take a break every now and then to catch your breath.
