To Be Or Not to Be (An Entrepreneur) Now, That is a Question.

A common parody that people make, is that the businessman/woman and entrepreneur are one and the same. This should be addressed now, whilst they both share similar qualities and need to morph into each others worlds, by definition they are different animals.

I have run my own successful business in the clothing industry (in the bricks and mortar world) and also a successful on line affiliate business in the internet world, now before you start thinking, this guy is talking in tongues, it is from these two experiences,I feel my dot the i and cross t, school of thought was born, that of a due diligent business person. This is because even though both ventures were my idea to pursue, I did not invent clothing shops and or internet marketing concepts, so while I had to put my own creative slant to each venture, the journey was made easier through learning, and following others (who had experienced success)in their said industries.

Many so-called natural entrepreneurs who hold the helm of the ship-of business are somtimes called great visionaries or builders of business an opinion held by their peers.It is true that a long term vision can be made in to a succsess, but truly great and business fulfilled individuals realize something new about themselves, they believe.

However I have also invented, patented, marketed my own product, it is from this experience that I truly felt the spirit of the enrepeneur, because I believe when you start in a venture that is quite literally of your own design, your sense of belief in its success has to be bordering on blind ignorance, which is not an admirable trait for a business person.This fly by the seat of your pants attitude, how ever,can carry you through the white knuckle rides.

Each of us has our own peronality and style, of which we are sure of, (and so we should have, other wise we would never dip our foot in the pool)in my experience confidence is not a given in the world of business success, it is wise to understand what you are doing, so that you can hit the ground running, not just hit the ground, splat game over.So who of us are the would be business people. It is not that easily defined, but it seems to be centred on a person having a particular mindset, making a desicion executing that desicion and putting that project in place.

With the above thought in mind what ever the venture you are considering, the golden rule would be to seek council in that chosen field. When I first looked into on line business, I was overwhelmed by the nonsence (and yes i am being polite)that is out there in cyber space.If its not frustrating enough to find yourself a legitimate opportunity, finding useful and honest content on the subject can be a nightmare.These experiences can destract the most motivated minds from there goals leaving those individuals woundering what happened.
