Many times when a retailer is looking to buy economical and interesting candles, he can get good candles and deals by buying them from suppliers in India or Mexico. When he is looking for them, he can locate a load of sources from these two countries on the Internet that are listed in wholesale directories. He can also search for bulk manufacturers.

Some exporters of candles in India sell wholesale wedding, party light candles, gift candles, organic soy candles, perfumed candles, and scented candles. The retailer can also purchase glass, iron, brass, antique, copper, bone, wood, carved, and crafted candleholders.

There is a special charm in the original designs and cultural influence that comes with candles from India that softly say their place of origin. There is something about the Rajasthan artistic style that can’t be mistaken. The terracotta, kundan meena, lac, blue pottery—all of these container candles scream Indian culture. These are fantastic seller to upscale retail customers and anyone that wants to decorate their home with flair of India.

There are many dandy deals to be gotten from wholesalers in Mexico too. There are a lot of suppliers of Mexican candles in wholesale directories. Many of a retailer’s customers would enjoy decorating their yards for parties with the Mexican luminary candles. These candles are the votive type, but are designed with burning outdoors in mind. These candles are enclosed inside a paper bag and this creates a glowing bag. Sand is utilized for weight to hold the assemblage in one spot.

Mexico is a good place to get wholesale candles of a religious nature, especially with Catholic themes. These are good sellers to Catholic Mexican Americans and other Catholic people. Some other choices are stone and fruit candles. The south of the border artisans make candleholders of pottery, wrought iron, and blown glass. These are very artistic in appeal and there is a definite market for them.

When you are looking for the good deals from Mexico and India or elsewhere in candles, keep a look out for any information that denotes verification so you know these are trustworthy businesses. The things to take notice of are statutory approval, codes for importing and exporting, bank, and income tax registration. This is information that will be listed with the companies in some of the directories.

When you find importers and exporters in these directories you’ll be able to contact them in chat, but also give them a call to see how easy it is to contact them that way. You just want to make sure you aren’t dealing with a company that will be hard to contact if you have any questions or problems.

With these more exotic and artistic kinds of candles you’ll be able to broaden the appeal of your retail candle business. After this venture takes of the ground, you may want to expand with unusual candles from other countries; this could be your specialty that makes your business different than your competitors.
