They serve traditional American dishes using natural ingredients from high-quality organic products. Their specialty includes all-natural roasted chicken, Colorado lamb noisettes, and seafood such as rocky mountain trout. Garden Terrace also has an extensive wine list to complement their delicious food and is open daily.

Third is Jacob Restaurant. They serve all-natural and fresh, traditional American cuisine specially prepared. They also offer breakfast and kids menu and is open daily.
