There are a lot of ways on how to protect the environment. In fact, you do not have to always plant trees or clean rivers. You can be an environment advocate by the choices that you make. You can start by picking eco-friendly gadgets:

Eco Media Player Revolution

This looks like your regular media player. It can store music files in different formats, such as MP3, WMA, OGG, AAC. You can also create playlists and group your files according to albums, genre, and artists. You can also transform it into an FM radio, so you can catch the latest tunes. Moreover, you can save pictures and e-books, things to keep you entertained while on the road. It is very handy and can play 24 hours of music for you. The only difference is that it does not run on battery or electricity. You just need to wind the media player up, and you can already enjoy all its features. What’s more, you can already use it together with iTunes.

Eco-friendly Webcam and USB Ports

You know what USB ports and webcams are made of. They are made of electronic parts that can be costly to make. Fortunately, you have a very good alternative—and they are very cute too. You can call them Lilli and Oscar. They are a webcam and USB ports, respectively, that are made of biodegradable materials such as cotton, Kapok, and sand. The USB connector can give you four USB ports, so you can plug in as many external devices as you like. They are shaped like octopus and starfish, which will surely cause delight among your friends and to your children. They do not easily get damaged, and you get to save the environment in your own little way. You can share them too. You can give them away to your friends and family as cool gifts during special occasions.

Speakers of Recycled Materials

A PC will never be complete without speakers. You would love to watch your favorite movies or television shows, as well as listen to the coolest songs right into your PC or laptop. You can then opt for speakers that are made of 100 percent recycled materials. The materials also allow the speakers to be very flexible. They can be stored easily and even in the tiniest compartments. They can be folded or flattened. You can also carry it anywhere you go. You can also choose a wide variety of colors, some monochromatic while others flashy. And if these were not enough, they are highly affordable. You do not have to spend more than $20 for each one of them.

NoPoPo

These are definitely not your ordinary batteries. What they contain may appall you at first, but, hey, they do work. With the batteries, you can use juice, beer, and other kinds of liquid—even urine. They do contain magnesium and carbon, which will then interact with whatever type of liquid you picked. This way, they are able to create power, and you can use the batteries to run any equipment that you have in mind. The good thing about the batteries is that they do not contain lead or mercury, which can be harmful to your health and to the environment.

Rapid No-turn Composter

Environmentalists will tell you that you should create a compost pit, not heap, as the former can convert food and other biodegradable wastes to healthy soil. However, it will take around half a year before you can achieve the result that you like. With this composter, you can save a lot of time and use the soil for your small garden. The rapid composter can break down the materials as fast as 12 weeks. You do not even have to create the compost yourself. The secret to the rapid breakdown is from its material. It is composed of polypropylene, which gathers energy straight from the sun.

eXplorer Solar Charger

With this solar charger, you do not have to look for other chargers for your phone, gaming consoles, MP3 players, and a lot more. They run through the use of solar panel, so there’s no need for you to use any battery or electricity. You can also easily check the status of charging through its LCD screen.
