How Will The World, Obama And You Clean The Air With Renewable Wind And/or Solar Energy?

The World is on a clean renewable energy kick.

I was watching Modern Marvels and saw stories of how solar towers are being built around the world as I write this article. An area outside of Spain is testing a solar tower that cost in the millions to build. There are similar projects in the US and other countries. Whole governments are involved.

One great side effect of this massive endeavor is the reduction of carbon emissions. Solar power is one such idea of many. Wind mills have been in use for many years. The globe is expanding on the ideas of using wind in all sorts of schemes. Talk about having your cake and eat it to. We will not have to give up our daily comforts to protect our environment. Powering homes and schools and government buildings will be a step in the right direction. We should all stand up and take notice!

Since in the US is focusing heavily on solar power as an alternative. Providing workable ideas that are in construction and are being tested as this article is being written. Imagine how we will once again be a great nation because of less dependence on oil that is sometimes provided by our enemies. Maybe war could be reduced since we all have equal access to the sun. Equally important is the strides we have made in harvesting wind as a power source. We should all be getting excited.

The Obama administration is powering massive amounts of money toward green peace. There will be a shift of jobs. More importantly, we will be able to breath deeper of the cleaner more oxygen rich air that will be the by product of wind and solar as renewable forms of energy. In addition, more clean energy generators will be produced to handle the increase production of electricity. Again, we are in a place where we may have our cake and eat it to. Provided we act on time.

What does this all have to do with you?

One thing is for sure, if history is to be our teacher the enterprises that are building these monstrous constructs, will indeed want to profit. Although, tax incentives are paying a large part of building these renewable sources of energy, in the end we may end up with higher energy bills. After all, profits must come from somewhere.

Here is where you can do something about it now especially if you are a homeowner. You can go out and purchase a wind mill or solar panels. This would reduce your electricity in some cases down to zero. In addition, in the US you will get a tax incentive that may reduce or eliminate your cost. Furthermore, any access energy you produce the power company will have to purchase the energy from you. There it is again having your cake and eating it to! The log term costs will offset the short term cost. You will be doing your part in reducing energy and increasing your income. These things generally cost around a couple of thousand dollars.

Do you really want to drive that cost down to zero? Do it yourself! Make a hobby of it. For around $200.00 and a trip to Home Depot or Lowes you could purchase the materials to build your own wind mill and/or solar panel. Save your receipts and go after the potential tax credits that will save you the initial cost of your project making it all free.
