There are very few women who do not need to lose cellulite fast at some stage in life. Unfortunately for some, the problem appears at a very young age, in the teens, when it is still a very big problem. To lose cellulite fast will take commitment and hard work, but you can do it.

First you need to know what cellulite really is. Cellulite is not a weight problem. Lots of people that have a perfect body weight have cellulite. It is true though, that being overweight will make the cellulite appear sooner and it will make the appearance worse.

Even the thinnest of people have a layer of fat under the skin. This consists of compartments of fat cells connected by fibrous strands. When excess fat, fluid and toxins accumulate in these cells they swell and push on the connective tissue causing the dimpled effect.

As you can see, it is a very complicated problem, but fortunately the solution is not as complicated. Once again, you have to start with a healthy diet. As with every health and beauty problem, including how to lose cellulite fast, a healthy diet is essential.

Make sure you eat natural food and try and stay away from all processed and fast food. They are loaded with fat and preservatives that will only make your problem worse. Try and eat as much fruit and vegetables as possible. Of course, because fruit contains a lot of sugar, if you need to lose weight, you will have to limit fruit.

Stay away from all sodas and sugary drinks, even fruit juice. Drink lots of water to help your body with the cleansing process and to make sure your skin is fully hydrated. This alone can already make a fast difference in the appearance of those hated dimples. Coffee is also not a good idea and it is best to concentrate on herbal teas that do not contain caffeine.

The next step is regular aerobic exercise. Exercise will burn the fat and it improves your blood circulation helping your body get rid of toxins. Good ones to target your problem is walking or jogging uphill, swimming and jumping on the mini-trampoline.

The mini-trampoline is actually one of the best exercises as it also helps with draining the lymph nodes and getting rid of toxins that way. The best is, it is so easy to do. Start by only doing 2 minute jump bursts at a time for a total of 20 minutes a day. As easy as that! As you get fitter though, you can of course increase it.

If you have problems including exercise in your already crowded day, try and walk as much as possible. Take every opportunity to walk instead of riding. Park your car a little further from where you want to be and take a brisk walk for the rest of the way. Always take the stairs instead of the lift or elevator where possible. You will be surprised at all the opportunities you will be able to find in your normal daily routine
