What Really Makes the 100 Calorie Diet Different From Other Diets?

Today I wanted to tell you a little bit about The 100 Calorie Diet and how it's different than other diet books on the market today. So here goes!

1. Diet books on the market all say the exact same thing, eat low fat and/or low carb. You must eat chicken without the skin, light and low fat this, light and low fat that, salads without dressing and vegetables without the fat, blah, blah, blah (literally). People aren't going to eat yucky diet foods for any length of time or live without their bread and pasta. The 100 Calorie Diet stresses that all foods are good and encourages the dieter to eat normal, everyday foods.

2. You eat anything you want in 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500+ calorie units!

3. There is an entire chapter that helps you make nutrition easy. We explain what and how much to eat of each food group for optimal nutrition.

4. The 100 Calorie Diet gets right to the overweight issue and doesn't bore the reader with all kinds of wasteful information and medical jargon.
