There so many quality properties available from villa operators that choosing where to go and where to stay on your villa holidays will give you plenty to think about. Here are three of the finest luxury villas available to whet your appetite, each with a stunning view of the sea.

Villa Sapphire, Crete, Greece

Starting on the sunny island resort of Crete, we should look at the modern property called Villa Sapphire. This most elegantly decorated of luxury villas is modern and minimalist in style, with every room designed to frame a spectacular sea view. As it’s set high in a green hillside, Villa Sapphire provides spectacular views of the Aegean Sea from any of the large picture windows and even from the 13 metre swimming pool.

Villa Sapphire is enhanced with technology you might not expect to find in most luxury villas. There’s a sound system wired throughout the house, including outside, so you can walk from room to room (and even around the swimming pool) without losing track of your music. It also comes with a maid service three times a week to keep you in order, gym equipment to keep you trim, and a Jacuzzi to keep you relaxed. Because it’s large enough to house eight people, it can suit family villa holidays as well as villa holidays for two.

Villa Karibu, Algarve, Portugal

Villa Karibu is another of those luxury villas that boasts fine scenery, this time from a fabulous cliff top setting in the Algarve. You can enjoy views of the Atlantic from the roof-top sun terrace, the semi-circular balcony and the kidney shaped pool. This property has real character, formed in several split-level floors with some curved walls and halls, and even circular rooms.

As well as being picturesque Villa Karibu has a practical element too, with appliances for your villa holidays such as a washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer, making this property very suitable for use by a family. Villa holidays here begin with a bottle of champagne from the owner as a welcoming gift.

Villa Sa Cova, Menorca, Spain

Finally, we look to Menorca for a villa that unites elements from the two luxury villas mentioned already. Villa Sa Cova shares the graceful white décor of Villa Sapphire and also has the pleasant curvature of Villa Karibu. But of these three holiday villa rentals, Villa Sa Cova has the most sea-view for your money.

It is located on an outcrop of coastline, projecting into the sea, so that the horizon meets the Mediterranean in all directions. And the property’s position adds a sense of pleasant seclusion to your villa holidays with its own private access to the sea a few steps down from the lower garden.

From the terrace there is a 180-degree view of the beautiful turquoise waters, so you may choose to take meals al-fresco on your villa holidays here while watching pleasure boats negotiate the nearby islands.

If you choose to stay in luxury villas with the class of Villa Sa Cova, this is just one of many fabulous settings you might enjoy on your villa holidays.
