Motivation! An Interview With Alexander Kien

When I was with writer Alexander Kiên discuss the first time, we came quickly to the fact that he is an Iron Man of life. The 41-year-old psychologist in business is an independent consultant, author and developer and an expert in the field of motivation. 1. What is your personal definition of motivation?
Motivation is the unity and sense of itself in its own way to be on. Again and again take a first step is the most important thing. There is always a first step. As a reward, they receive of great evolution: results, experiences, events, insights. This means we are always one step further.

Here's an example: As a baby we go a first step. This gives us a wonderful experience and we are continuing. So simple is this It's always about a first step.

2. What did you reference on the subject objectives?
It is extremely important that our aims coincide with the subconscious, otherwise you will always be frustrated. (The subconscious Gap) One goal should always be EGO-oriented. The traditional goals of society (my house, my horse, my car) are the fewest people for meaningful goals. You know that goals should be SMART? I extend the SMART objectives. 3. How do you mentally and physically fit?
Mentally, I constantly by developing products and writing books. Physically eighth to my diet and go jogging. Otherwise, I am not so health conscious, because I smoke. An adult man needs not smoking. He has a goal, a path and a purpose. My theory is that most people only play for an adult, but there really are not. An adult man is in the ownership. He is enthusiastic and alive. He lives in his enthusiasm and will not be lived. When I have finished the book "The adult organization" , I automatically will stop smoking!

4. What mean flow for you?
Not everyone can feel flow. The flow is available for certain characters in our typology. A few examples: for the Sensitive Urmotiv is to"help". He comes in the flow, if he can help. Flow is designed for people with a lot of imagination. They will be productive if they are in the flow. A curious person is driven but not in the flow. A winner is a pro active person. Flow is rather passive.

5. How are you come up with the idea, the author be?
I just knew that it is correct. Years I had the feeling to be wrong. The idea is older than 10 years. The first book I started 10 years ago. It should read "For they know not what they do." I wrote about a hundred pages and that's it. Meanwhile, I use parts of it in my next book. Four years ago, I wrote another book. I had the "FISH Philosophy" read. The book inspired me and I realized that I had lived a little: FISH. This idea I combined with my ideas, and the result was"selling the FISH!.

6. Which first step did you have taken?
I myself sat down and started with the book. It was just there.

7. Which first success did you have?
I was very quickly in writing 100 pages. It was simply gone. One could almost say it was a flow, but I would rather describe an obsession.

8. Which first defeat did you?
That was the rejection by the major publishers.

9. How motivated you again?
Simply re-take a first step! I went to smaller publishers.

10. Wie others help you with your goals to pursue?
Mainly through exchange of views. I call a lot. The power of the relationship is tremendous. On an adult level, it can be very stimulating.

11. Which model do you have?
Since I have to think about. There is no individual. I admire Klaus Kinsksi, simply because he himself lived, and Einstein , imprisoned in its structure.

12. Welches book you recommend?
"The adult organization" in which I'm currently working on.

13. Welchen final tip you have for our readers?
Again and again, first steps, and go on. Times faster and waiting times can be. Big time small time. If you have a good feeling and a good adult inner voice, which has the right feel for the right time the right things to do or not to do.
