There are many theories of persuasion and hypnosis and individual perceptions connected with the use of persuasion and hypnosis in our day to day life. Persuasion is an innate ability to get things done, and consciously or sub-consciously each one us are practicing it our day-to-day lives and therefore, it becomes an art form when linked with hypnosis. The theories of Persuasion and Hypnosis as a subject are very diverse in its form and usage.

One of the varied theories of hypnosis is ‘persuasion hypnosis’, which is a style of communication and is basically an exercise in building effective rapport and interaction with people. Building rapport as a prerequisite to success is a constant endeavor by almost anyone for intentional or unintentional purposes and with each one we are branding ourselves in a certain style of persuasion.

Among other widely acknowledged theories of persuasion and hypnosis is the persuasive style of hypnosis. This is omnipresent in our day to day lives and can be used with a varied degree of intended objective e.g., to woo someone, to pacify, to clarify, to justify something, e.t.c All of these simple human interactions have a purpose and objective for attaining results that one usually hopes for.

These styles of interacting situationally occur in our day to day lives and come under the realm of theories of persuasion and hypnosis’; which we do not realize and recognize so easily. The reason why some people are more successful than others is because of a range of factors that can be attributed to e.g., being present at a time when the opportunity is right or having the desired know-how to accomplish something.

How to Use Hypnosis Successfully

Success comes to those who dare and care to innovate. Some people do realize the contributory factors to their success and have a good understanding about the power of persuasion and its hypnotic sway in different circumstances. For example, politicians are good orators and play a dramatic role in different situations; similarly, businessmen are shrewd when negotiating deals with other business houses, e.t.c
Having seen and discussed how important the theory of persuasion and hypnosis is - as a subject, can it be learned? Communication, as a natural art form, is evolutionary since childhood and each one of us have been learning it consciously or sub-consciously through the medium of observation and that is how we interact with one another. One can learn to be persuasive and yet hypnotic in communication when we combine an innate understanding of ourselves with the situational requirement and what we want to gain out of it.

A theory of Persuasion and hypnosis, though being common and widely prevalent, is still a powerful and intuitive process which has many advantages. If used correctly, it can help an individual gain whatever he or she wants in life. Today there are many vocational and institutional courses that teach behavioral communication, but it it is best learned the natural way. Many ordinary successful people attribute it to their initiative and willingness to get ahead in life by learning the art of persuasion. As a conceptual subject, it is very interesting to learn and take charge of your future and be a part of the successful lot!
