2) Eat Slower

When you take your time and chew your food properly, you will be making it easier for your body to digest what you eat.

3) Create a Calorie Deficiency

When you burn off more calories than you consume, you create a calorie deficiency, and this is one of the most important rules to weight loss. Eat a low calorie diet and exercise often to lose weight quickly.

4) Do Not Eat After 6pm

If you eat late at night, you are not giving your body the chance to digest and burn off the food you have eaten. This will cause your body to put on weight. If you apply this rule and do not try anything else, you should see results fairly quickly

5) Cut Out The Carbs

Carbs are notorious for putting on weight and cutting down on bread and pasta will work wonders for your figure.

6) Sleep for 6-8 Hours Each Night

Getting a good nights sleep has been proven to help weight loss. You don't get any easier methods than this.

7) Do Your Food Shopping On a Full Stomach.

If you go shopping on an empty stomach you risk buying lots of junk food and also spending lots more than you can afford. Eat a meal and make a list before you go.

8) Drink Lots of Water

Drinks lots of pure mineral water to flush the fatty deposits and toxins from you body. During exercise you should drink more. Aim for 10 glasses a day.

9) Find a Weight Loss Partner

Find someone who is willing to lose weight and team up to encourage and motivate each other. This could be a relative, friend or work colleague.

10) Fat Binders

Fat binders work by binding the fat from the food you eat making its hard for your body to digest. This will ensure that the fat is passed straight through your body. fat binders should be always be combined with a healthy diet and fitness program.
