There are many ways to effectively lose weight, but many people are using the wrong diets. And in those diets are people putting a lot of time and effort in but they just don't work. Well, I will give you a tip. Try to use a no carb diet. With a no carb diet you can lose 9 pounds in just 11 days! This diet is really effective and shouldn't be a problem for anyone to use.

The no carb diet helps you to lose weight. This can either be mean the long term or the fast termed way, it's all up to you how fast you want to lose your weight. The no carb diet uses a technique called calorie shifting. This is a method that's very popular and effective. If you follow the calorie shifting method, you should lose 9 pounds in 11 days!

The calorie shifting method works so well because it will manipulate your body. And when it does that, you will get a higher metabolism, which results in faster fat burning. Also, you can add exercise to the no carb diet. When you add exercise to your diet, you will give your fat burning a huge boost.

You should do the exercise movements really intense. Also you have to do some strength training to make the exercise workouts complete. This will make your body to work harder, so it will use more calories. And with a high metabolism from the no carb diet method, you can lose up to 20 pounds in 2 weeks! So this is a really great combo to use.

Another thing that is really important is the way that you eat. If you use a no carb diet, it’s obvious that you can’t eat anything that’s unhealthy. But the most people who have troubles with their overweight are finding that unhealthy food is delicious and healthy food is disgusting and that’s a huge problem. Whether you use a no carb diet or something else. If you don’t change the way you eat, then you will never going to be slim of course.

So what can you do? Well let me explain this, unhealthy food not only makes you fat, but it also causes damage to your body. See it like this, the nutrients in your food are basically trying to destroy your body. But healthy food does the total opposite. Healthy food will build your body and gives you high quality building stones. So the healthier the food is that you eat, the better you going to feel, right?

Whenever you use the no carb diet, and you are tempted to eat unhealthy food, try to imagine that when you eat unhealthy food, there will be small red little mans with little axes activated. And with their little axes they will smash on everything that’s on their path. And where they have been, everything turns into gray. But whenever I choose for the healthy alternative, then there will be cute, small little men with little building stones. The little mans will stack these building stones carefully and with love. They carry everything really, really carefully and the little mans care about my body.

This may sound silly, but so what? It helps me, and I think it will help you to make the right decision. Unhealthy food does not only affect your weight, but it affects your whole health. Try to keep this in your mind.

So if you want really great results with losing weight, then you should try a no carb diet. This is really one of the most popular and effective diets that exists. A no carb diet doesn’t only make you to lose weight, but it will also give you joy in life and more self-confidence!
