About three miles in the opposite direction, to the east, is Son Bou, a more urbanized resort than Santo Tomas. Holidays here tend to be lively and you may want to visit Son Bou for the water sports, the several water parks, or for the shopping, although you should find most of the shops you need on a Santo Tomas holiday within reach of your villa.
