A trade show exhibit display is a direct reflection of your company image and the level of quality and service prospects can expect to receive. Your exhibit has to have a visual impact and make a strong first impression to be effective. You want your trade show exhibit to look professional and get your message out effectively.

There are a variety of different displays and accessories that can be used to get your point across. Using pop-up or panel displays are lightweight and come in a variety of sizes and options. Beside displays there are things you can use to help make your exhibit booth look professional.

To give your exhibit an overall professional look you can get table covers in a variety of colors and styles. You can use these to cover up unsightly looking fold- up tables. You can have your company name or logo put on the covers. There are table skirts in numerous sizes available. There are different styles to choose from including skirted and ones that conform to the table.

Another useful item to use is a literature rack, which can hold valuable information on your products and services. By using informative marketing materials such as flyers and brochures you can reach more prospective customers. People like to collect information from different companies and take the material with them to study. Placing a literature rack in a strategic location in your exhibit area will help increase your opportunities and get your message to the consumers.

There are different types of literature racks available which come in different sizes and materials. There is a rack that will fit just about any type of marketing materials and flyers. These racks are made to be easily set up and tore down. There are many collapsible racks available that are lightweight and easy to transport.

Lighting is another thing that is very important and will help to highlight your displays and graphics. You can use clamp type lights to accent your displays no matter whether they are table top or floor displays. Clamp lights can be adjusted to shine in any direction and don’t take up a lot room. Lights with halogen or fluorescent bulbs will provide bright and efficient illumination even in limited spaces. Low Profile lights are an attractive way to illuminate work surfaces. They also work for lighting up dark corners.

Another useful item that can be used at a trade show is a hanging banner. A hanging banner is a way to attract prospects and give an overall customized look to your trade show exhibit. Most banners will include the aluminum frame, all necessary rigging, and a carrying case. They come in a variety of colors and sizes. The hanging banner captures the consumer’s attention the minute they walk onto the trade show floor.

The items listed above are just some of the things that can be used to give you a professional eye-catching trade show exhibit. Remember, you have only a few seconds to catch a person’s attention when they are walking past your booth. Having an effective exhibit display and booth will increase your chances of success.
