On a holiday to the sunny resort of Guardalavaca there are a number of luxury hotels for you to choose from. However, with each Guardalavaca resort offering something completely different for the luxury holidaymaker we have listed what we consider to be the three best resorts in Guardalavaca:

Paridisus Rio Del Oro

This romantic Guardalavaca resort is popular with honeymooners and with its luxurious villas each containing a whirlpool bath and butler service it isn’t hard to see why. The hotel located in Guardalavaca, Cuba is synonymous with luxury and as a result many holidaymakers come here to simply relax and get away from everything. The modern spa with a range of world-class treatments helps them with this and as the spa is located in a secluded area of the Guardalavaca resort, guests are ensured peace and quiet whilst a masseuse tends to their aches and pains. Of course, visitors to this resort may not want to spend every moment of their Guardalavaca holiday relaxing in complete silence and guests at the hotel are offered plenty of excursions from exploring the colourful coral reef on a diving excursion to swimming with dolphins or attending a dolphin show and watching these porpoises at play.

Playa Pesquero Hotel

The Playa Pesquero hotel is the largest luxury hotel in Cuba and this Guardalavaca resort certainly lives up to its hype. The Playa Pesquero resort is ideal for families although with five separate bars you may want to leave the children at home. However, if you decide to take them with you on your Guardalavaca holiday then you’ll be pleased to note that there are plenty of entertainment options to keep them occupied. The Guardalavaca resort also boasts a massive freeform pool which is perfect to spend a couple of hours loitering around on your Guardalavaca holiday. Of course, if you’re much more of a water-baby then you may want to spend some time making the most of the countless watersports which this Guardalavaca resort has to offer. The Playa Pesquero Hotel is located close to the Bahia del Naranjo National Park which contains both dolphins and sea lion shows and should be experienced on your Guardalavaca holiday.

Playa Costa Verde

The Playa Costa Verde offers something completely different on your Guardalavaca holiday. Rather than a standard multi-storey hotel, attractive houses are dotted around tropical gardens in this luxurious resort which gives guest a more private Guardalavaca holiday experience. The resort offers plenty to do for visitors of all ages and, on-site, a large swimming pool and tennis courts will provide guests with an early morning work-out. There are plenty of watersports on offer here from snorkeling to banana boat rides, but if you’re after some sight-seeing that’s slightly more relaxing then you’ll be pleased to note that there is a nature reserve located next door to the resort. This is the perfect place to walk on around on a warm day and attempt to spot the elusive bee hummingbird which is in indigenous to Cuba. After all those active activities you’re bound to be hungry so you’ll be pleased to hear that the Guardalavaca hotel also contains an award-winning Japanese restaurant serving succulent pieces of sushi which simply must be tasted on your Guardalavaca holiday.
