If you have looked into home exercise routines at all you are more than familiar with Tony Horton. He has completely changed the way people look at exercising and has given people hope for doing so from their home. While P90X has quickly become one of the most popular exercise programs on the market, the same can be said of the 10 minute trainer.

Far too many people have the excuse of a lack of time for why they do not work out. Although you will hear from personal trainers that everyone as the same 24 hours in a day, some legitimately do not have several hours a day to spend on working out. Tony Horton understands this and has pieced together a program that will work for you.

He has essentially created a program that will work toward confusing your muscles to make them work harder. While the P90X works over 90 days to get to the top physical condition, the 10 minute trainer condenses all of the important exercises in that program. It essentially takes all of the workouts from the P90X program and stacks them into a 10 minute workout.

When purchasing the 10 minute trainer Tony Horton promotes, you will receive a plethora of different items. You will receive 2 DVD’s to follow along to, resistance bands, a cardio attachment, and a door attachment. In addition, you will also find a complete workout plan and meal plan.

By now you have probably seen and perhaps tried out several different infomercial products and workout routines claiming to be miracle workers. If this is you, you are probably asking what makes this product better than all of the others that have come and gone.

What makes the 10 minute trainer so much more effective over other programs is the rapid pace. As advertised, you truly will get a complete workout in just 10 minutes. Many exercises require you to maintain an increased heart rate level to get the full effects of the exercise. There are four exercises that target your total body, lower body and cardio that Tony Horton offers to you.

You will be able to choose which workouts suit you best and in what order you want to do them in. However, you will find everything you need in the package when purchasing the 10 minute trainer. You will have a basic guide as to what you need to do to get prime results as quick as possible. No more messing around with two hour workouts.

Something that many people do not realize is that you can increase the intensity of your program by going for 20 or 30 minutes. Of course there are the critics that say this defeats the purpose of the program and its title. However, you will get tremendous results if you have the time and can maintain the high level of intensity for 20 or 30 minutes.

In all, you can expect tremendous things from Tony Horton and his 10 minute trainer. As long as you are willing to put in the effort and go full steam for 10 minutes, you will get results.
