I'm still in love with my ex.Do they still love me? This commonly arises when a relationship breaks down and it is a heartbreaking question.

Does your ex still seem interested in you? Do they want to go out and spend more time with you like they once did?. Does your ex appear to be flirting with you? This can be encouraging but be careful.The dilemma for you is that you are still in love with your ex but you just can't know whether your ex is still in love with you.

Usually when you break up with your ex, or he or she breaks up with you there will be regrets on both sides, particularly in the longer term relationships. Your ex is probably going to miss you no matter what, because of how many memories were shared together during this period of time. But there are other emotions that come into play including past regrets. If you are thinking "I'm still in love with my ex" the odds are that your ex may be thinking the same thing for the same reasons, i.e. shared memories.There may well be shared bitterness as well, but fresh love can arise from the ashes.

The best way in the early stages is to play hard to get (in moderation), which is probably what your ex will best respond to anyway. If you simply jump into things full force, then you may find your ex pushing you back again. In fact, if your ex is giving indications that he or she wants you back, then the odds are, it was you playing hard to get that led to the renewed interest in the first place. There is nothing quite as exciting as the chase.

If the original decison to end was taken by both of you, but you have now changed your mind and think that you are still in love with your ex, then think! Why did you agree to the break up in the first place? Whats changed? Your ex partner, you, the conditions that led to the original breakup? Could that have been a mistake or was it? Is it perhaps better to accept the pain and get on with your life?

If you are certain that you are still in love with your ex and are even now thinking are they still in love with me? You will need to STOP AND CONSIDER!. The original reasons for the break, are they still there? Dont' they still need to be dealt with? Fail to deal with them now and the chances are you will be in the same place again at some stage in the future.
