1) Buy a little big. Unlike regular clothes that look better fitted to your shape, you are better off getting pajamas that may be a little loose around the waist and loose around the belly as these are the areas that will continue to expand for nine months.

2) Look for soft fabrics that are machine washable. Cottons are always very comfortable.
