Starting a new job can be a daunting experience and it's even worse when you're miles away from home.
Here at i-to-i we do everything we can to make the whole experience as simple and stress free as possible. That means training you, organising your overseas teaching opportunity and providing you with invaluable support while you're away!

We've been training people to teach abroad for the last 12 years and we're now the leading TEFL provider in the UK. On top of that we're world leaders in the meaningful travel industry with over 500 hundred projects in 25 countries. Nowhere in the world will you find a company better equipped to prepare you for your overseas teaching experience than i-to-i!

So how do you start?

Step 1 - Sign up!
Why not give us a ring and talk through your options. Our expert travel advisors are specially trained to help you find the right teaching opportunity for you and they'll be able to answer any questions you might have about your trip.
If you already know what you want to do and where you want to go then you might find it easier to book online. We operate a secure payment system so you won't need to worry about a thing.
If you're already a qualified TEFL tutor you'll be eligible for a reduced administration fee!

Step 2 - Submit your CV/Resume
Once you've booked your course you'll be sent details of the documentation that'll need to send to your chosen school.
You should hear back from the school or a member of our overseas team within 28 days of submitting the required documentation. They'll arrange a telephone interview. This can be a nerve racking experience so we've put together a set of Typical Interview Questions to help you through.

Step 3 - Begin your Online TEFL course
Those of you who haven't already trained to be a TEFL tutor will need to take an online TEFL course. This is included in the fee and you'll be given your personal log-in details shortly after booking so you can get started!
You'll be assigned your own personal tutor who will guide you through the course and prepare you for your overseas teaching experience.

Step 4 - Job offered, accepted and you're off!
You'll get an official letter of acceptance from your chosen school along with the terms or contract of employment. This is a really exciting time, but it's also a little scary so your Personal Advisor will be on hand to calm your nerves and answer any questions.

Before you head off to your new life you'll be given a heap of practical pre-departure information covering everything from buying your airline tickets to working with foreign employers!
