There are several dollhouse kits that have been creatively made and are not only charming to children but to adults as well. Here are several of them complete with their descriptions.

Tudor style cottage is a unique brilliant idea gathered from English architecture and design that reflects an old country appeal. It comes with silk screened windows and a picket fence which beautifully surrounds the cottage. It has pleasant exteriors made from the finest timber. The cottage is complete with attractive fire places, winding staircase, bookcases, and window seats contained in the four huge rooms. The roof is extremely elegant with a coat of pebbles adding to the flair of this English architectural design. A perfect example of a Victorian style cottage is the New Orleans dollhouse. It is unique, enchanting and gorgeous as compared to the other dollhouses. It is picture perfect house complete with seven airy rooms, double doors, and an elegant hallway in the major entrance. Queen Mary's doll house is an example of a Victorian style cottage. It was designed by Sir Edwin Lateens in 1924 and it is very big. All interiors are functional including the lighting, elevator and plumbing.

The Brookwood dollhouse kit is a pretty dream house with ten skylights, three fireplaces, a hot tub and two decks. It has a lovely flower garden, kitchen, three bedrooms and a gracious staircase. The house is spacious and is also adorned with cute pebbles. The buttercup doll house is charming, delightful and elegant. It is small and best suited for a cottage, a shop or a just a room set. It comes complete with silk-screened windows and boxes and it has a gingerbread trim. Miniature dollhouse kits are either readymade or built. They come with a variety of styles some of them being country churches, cabins, Victorian and general stores. They come with different scales and people choose according to the amount of space they have available. They have add-on staircases, dormers and porches. The best are the wooden ones with a plywood exterior.

Storybook dollhouse cottage kit is magnificent with shutters, poach, an attic, gingerbread, two bay windows a flower box and fish scale shingles. It has nine furniture pieces providing a storybook setting that would drive any child’s imagination wild. It is recommended for children above the age of three. The vineyard cottage dollhouse kit is an idea gotten from the Oak in Massachusetts’s island of Martha’s Vineyard and it is a summer cottage. This cottage house has two rooms, dormers, upper and lower front porches, a stair case, gothic bay, gingerbread trim, fish scale shingles and pre-cut unfinished wood. It comes incomplete and has to be assembled and painted by an adult. It is unsuitable for small children. Arthur doll house kit is a little house with four spacious rooms and silk screened windows. It has a gingerbread finish on the roof and ridge. The kit comes with a detailed set of instructions on how to assemble it as well as materials such as precut plywood, shingles, and silk-screened windows.
