Human Biology involves two or more disciplines and professions and studies human beings from the individual and cellular stage to the population stage. Varied career paths can be pursued by a human biology major and these include healthcare, research, education and environmental management and preservation.

Human Biology is a science degree involving or combining two or more disciplines and professions. It is the study of the human beings beginning from the individual and cellular stage to the population stage.

This field of study looks at man all through the cycle of life spanning from prenatal and infancy progress; childhood and pubertal development, as well as adulthood and old life process. Human biology examines genetics, physiology, and anatomy as well.

The discipline also researches on man’s reactions to varying ecological circumstances like food supply, ecological depletion, weather, and environmental health risks. Biological circumstances like for instance diet and nutrition, illness, occupational and hobby patterns as well as physical doings, is also studied.

Majoring in Human Biology enables students to gain knowledge of critical scientific approaches extensively pertinent to problem-solving and analytics in health sciences, medicine, nutrition, and interrelated fields.

Physicians, nurses, dentists, dietetic assistants along with other health care providers sustain the overall well being of mankind. Veterinary doctors look after injured and ill animals.

A biologist can also be a science teacher. Educating individuals about biology and life science can be performed in research laboratory, universities and colleges, or the field such as zoos, science museums, exhibits, and parks. As for colleges and universities, lecturers and educators impart basic and higher biology lessons and may guide students with researches and projects. Biology educators can also teach elementary and high school students. A general know-how and competence of science is required.

It is also possible to be in Politics. Human biology experts can collaborate with lawmakers to design new legislation regarding ecological preservation and protection as well as bio-medical investigations.

And last, he can help in Economics. He can help resolve biological issues that have a direct impact on the economy. Good examples of these are preventing the extinction of trees and animals, finding ways to lessen pollution and preserving the forests.
