In Vermont, USA you have the Vermont Teddy Bear Company's tour is very much fun-filled. Here you can talk to Teddy Bears or make one for yourself. It's a tour that you'll never forget in your lifetime. Erected in 1724, Fort Dummer State Park was first settlement of white people in Vermont. It is built beautifully by sturdy white pine timber. It got flooded when a dam was erected on River Connecticut.

This place lies under water near a lumber company that is located on western bank of river. All basic amenities are available. Visit Hermann's Royal Lipizzan Stallions of Austria located in Champlains islands. Performances are done by "flying white horses" and these are called ballet dancers of horse world. Performances take place in these months and timings: 9 July to 30 August Thursday and Friday – 6 pm Saturday and Sunday – 2.30 pm

Built in 1790, Knight Point State Park got dedicated as a State Park in 1978. The brick section was added to tavern in 845. It provides all facilities. Situated off State Route 100, Waterbury Center State Park has most modern amenities within Mount Mansfield State Forest. A reservoir was created in 1930 to protect villages and towns that were formed along River Winooski. All modern camping amenities are available.

Lake St. Catherine State Park initially opened as a small resort, basically it was a children's farmland and summer camp. It covers 117 acres of land, was popular for extraction of slates from ground. It has all modern amenities.

Boy scouts used this area of Camp Plymouth State park until 1984, after which it was declared a State Park. It is located in town of Plymouth on the eastern shore of Echo Lake. 46 acres are fully developed out of a total of 295 acres and rest of it has many different trails for different jobs. It offers all comforts to its visitors.

Route 53 runs through Branbury State Park. One part has heavy forest while the other has grassy lawns area and is near a beach. 1000ft natural sandy beaches and clear water makes this area popular among tourists. Hiking trails are in big numbers here whereas comforts are provided.

North Hero State Park derives its name from an island by this name in Lake Champlain, whose level keeps fluctuating seasonally. Dense woods, rare flora habitat and undisturbed conditions made it a wildlife sanctuary. Whole of forest is properly taken care of and all modern amenities are available.

Miles of hiking trails are available at Big Deer State Park and it offers all modern facilities. Route 9 divides Molly Stark State Park and this area was established into a State Park on 2 July 1960. The Park has scenic vistas, especially on eastern side where Mt. Olga rises to an old fire house with fantastic sceneries.

Half Moon State Park provides a peaceful and quite picnic to its visitors. It is located in a dense forest; its sides touch both water and woods simultaneously. All other amenities are available. Campground of Still Water State Park has all modern comforts that you can benefit from. Groton Nature Center is also within walking distance.

In 1869, Barnard Pond became Silver Lake State Park and it offers great fishing opportunities for warm water species. This Park closes during winter, offering many comforts. Little Otter Creek Wildlife Management Area offers a wide variety of birds and animals. Fishing, trapping and hunting is allowed here. A unique viewing is provided at Willoughby Falls Wildlife Management Area as migratory rainbow trout jumps here in spring. It has many other species for viewing from close quarters.
