Our body skin is fine, thin and firm layer as the first line of body’s defense against environmental factors. A healthy skin shows a natural beauty in color, brightness, elasticity and smoothness. However, smoking, sun exposure, dry skin, and repetitive facial expressions and gestures such as frowning, can also enhance the making of wrinkles that may or may not be permanently present.

Women worry about wrinkles to a greater extent than men. The wrinkles tend to make people look older with age. Maybe we all have a fear of getting old or looking old, or the wanting to look publicly acceptable, or just plain egotism. We all have our own reasons. But whatever it is, everyone is combined in wanting to solve this age old problem.

The more water you drink, the more hydrated your skin can be. Staying away from pressure, tension, and stress and trying to be more active by ensuring that your daily diet is full of fresh fruits and vegetables will also help with fewer wrinkles. This would not only help in having a wrinkle free skin but also creates a glow throughout the surface of your skin.
