Hello there everyone

My name is Scott Gowton and I am fascinated in the world of weight loss, this is a thirty billion pound industry a year which makes it one of the largest market places in the world. There are so many different ways to lose weight people just don’t know where to start, some people want to go the natural way which is plenty of exercise and lots of healthy eating, others want to use the quick and lazy way which is diet pills and medicines, then there is people who like the magic way with herbs, potions and acupuncture, but in reality no one really knows what to do to lose weight because there are far to many options for them to choose.

Everyone wants to lose weight, the problem being that no one can stick to it, now I have come up with reason for this and in my own personal experience I think its because all dieting is boring and is missing the fun factor, no one wants to do something that is boring. Most experts that people see to lose weight charge a fortune then tell them to run about 50 miles a day and eat a salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner, well in my knowledge anyone that does that will lose weight but who wants to run everyday and eat salads all the time and go bust while doing it, not me that’s for sure.

Well I think I have come up with a solution, I have designed a website that will help people lose weight and have fun at the same time, there is all sorts of fun activities to do and every now and again a little meal plan will pop up so you can eat healthy and have fun too. The good thing is none of my tips include going down the gym or dieting, they may include some tips in what to eat but not how much you should eat because to tell you the truth losing weight isn’t really about how much you eat as you will find out when you visit my site. You will also see that everything I tell you activity wise can be done with friends to make it a lot more fun as its always easier when your not doing it by yourself.

This website is quite new but I have had positive feedback on the tips and reports that I provide to help people, the main factor about my website is that every tip and every report that I provide is absolutely FREE that’s right its all FREE I don’t charge you a dime. The information I will be giving you a lot of experts would charge you a fortune for, in my eyes keeping yourself in shape is important but simple and I don’t like seeing people getting ripped off for simple but effective instructions that anyone can do but need to be told.
