Multi-level and the Right Persons

Multi - level marketing is actually like a partnership. If you join a business with anyone that has the same interest and the same goal like you. Both of you make a commitment to each other. You work with the same people. Working multi – level marketing the right way , makes success easier , eliminates trouble and too many problems. One of the hardest part is to find the right person you are willing to work with “your sponsor”. You need a person who has a desire to work and help you when needed. You should join programs with the same person all the time. This will create a solid downline. If your sponsor isn't interested in the same and particular program you want , contact his sponsor. By doing this you will strengthen your team. Many sponsors complain that the others stealing their people. They are thinking that just because they signed someone up once , they should keep him for ever. If each sponsor gives their downline the right help and assistance they should, there would be no need for them to worry about someone stealing them away. They should need to continue with you because they know you will give them the right help. Why should someone stay with you if all you do is just collecting commissions from them ? No one really can blame them if they don't follow you into other program. Take a look at the other side of the “coin”. Getting the right person in your team “downline” is very important just as getting the right sponsor. If someone sponsored you into a program and gave you the best, don't expect him to sign you in another program if you haven't tried to do something on your own. Be selective in whom you recruit. Have them to know what you expect from them, and what they can expect from you. Explain to them every thing about the program you are trying to get them into. Having 4 or 5 right people in your team will make you more money than having 10 or 12 deadbeats. Don't join every program that comes to you. Try to find just one you like and work with it. It takes time to build a good solid downline. Help your downline and let them do the same thing . By doing this way everyone will make money. You can't expect to keep your downline if you leave them stranded when you get into profit. You have to help them get in profit too. They will be more apt to join you in any other programs this way. Be careful what you promise your people. It's very important to remember , nothing is guaranteed. Be as honest as you can . Don't tell your people you will do something if you can't. Offer your help but guarantee nothing . No matter how good something might seem , it might not work. If you mislead your people , how long do you expect to keep them with you? Doing the right thing this way may take a little longer , but look at what you get! The advantage! You have a good solid downline. You will get to know your people, because you are working with them.
