Either one of these can be rather successful, but you want to make sure that you are doing a soft sell as people do not like to be sold to strongly, regardless of whether it is online or off-line. Would you rather buy a car from someone that is breathing down your neck or someone that lets you look at the car for a little while before making a decision and then answers your questions honestly?

It is also imperative that you start gathering a list of interested individuals from the first day.
