Five Ways to Kill the Fat Monster

What is The Fat Monster? Is he after you all the time? Are you still fat because of The Fat Monster? Let’s dig a little to find out who the Fat Monster is and how killing him will help you to solve your weight problem and lose ugly fat once and for all.

The Fat Monster is ugly. The Fat Monster is mean. The Fat Monster wants you to fail. The Fat Monster likes you to gain weight and feel bad about yourself. The Fat Monster is your worse enemy. And do you know the really bad thing about The Fat Monster? The Fat Monster is inside you and you just gotta kill him if you are ever to be successful with a weight-loss plan.

Do you have a personal Fat Monster? To find out, ake the following quiz:

1. Do you try diet after diet without ever being able to stick to the diet no matter what that diet might be?

2. Do you start a diet on Monday, only to give up because you cheated?

3. Do you absolutely hate being fat, yet continue to eat and eat?

4. Do you feel addicted to certain foods and can’t imagine living without them.

5. Do you really try hard to stick to your diet, but just can’t seem to?

6. Is being fat ruining your life?

7. If you do finally manage to lose weight, do you just give up and gain it all back and then some?

8. Do you eat six donuts when you knew you shouldn’t have had even one?

9. Are you drawn to the refrigerator even if you just had dinner?

10. Do you constantly battle with yourself about what you should eat, what you shouldn’t eat what you can eat, what you can’t eat, what you did eat, what you didn’t eat?

If you answered yes to five or more of these questions, you have The Fat Monster and he needs to go! Let’s work together and get him! Here’s what you do:

1. If The Fat Monster shows up and starts telling you to eat something you know you shouldn’t, get rid of him right away! Don’t let him get a foothold because he will find a way to talk you into doing something you don’t want to do! “X” him out, tell him to “STOP!” tell him “NO!”

2. Be ever vigilant to be on the lookout for The Fat Monster, if he rears his ugly head, tell him, “Die, die, you Fat Monster! I hate you, Fat Monster! Go away, Fat Monster!”

3. Choose a reasonable diet plan that is right for you and your lifestyle and don’t let The Fat Monster try to talk you into some crazy crash diet plan.

4. Ask God to get rid of The Fat Monster for you.

5. If The Fat Monster starts telling you that nobody cares and what does it matter if you’re fat, ignore him and focus on the positives that losing weight will bring.

If you continue to fight the Fat Monster and let him know you are not going to listen to his self-defeating ways, he will eventually wither up and die. The Fat Monster lives off your misery! That is HIS food. Fight him long enough, starve him long enough and he will eventually wither away! Continue to live a thin and successful lifestyle, and The Fat Monster will be gone forever!
