How to Get Your ex Back After a Breakup

After a break up with your lover, you would be irritable and jumpy and would stare at your phone in hopes of him calling you any time. This is normal but certainly not the best course of action on how to get back with the ex. You see, it may not be wise to show him how desperate you are because it is a sign of weakness. In a way, it is a pathetic to see someone being so overeager to see you.

It is important that you control your emotions and be very strong. You don't want your ex to see you crying, or in other ways badly affected, as that will make you appear weak and pathetic. First thing, you should not try to call or text (or email) your ex after the breakup. This is a big mistake that a lot of people tend to make. It can be very tempting, however, you are safer not doing it. Immediately calling your ex or emailing them can be very annoying which will make him/her want to be away from you even more.

To get your ex's attention, you need to act differently. Even though you are the one who want to get back together with him/her, you should not show it. This way your ex will be wondering what is your next move and come seeking after you.
The best way to make him curious enough to check on you, is to play a little hard to get. This means distancing yourself for a while and living your life like nothing has ever happened. During the first two or three weeks, don't answer the phone if he calls and don't entertain him when he drops by to take you out to dinner or something. It would be best if you adopt a new hobby that would require you to go out of your house often. If he learns that you've been going out swimming or skiing, he'd be curious enough as to why you seem to live your life on your own terms and enjoying it. Start going out with your friends and act as if nothing has happened.

Also polish and upgrade your looks. Get some new clothes, have a beauty/spa makeover and go to the gym to work out, so that when your ex sees your new look he/she will be so impressed with you that you become irresistible to them.
Then try to run across your ex at a common public place like a mall or your club. Act normal and do not show at all that you are interested in getting him/her back again.This itself will make them long to be back in your arms.
